Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer experience required; familiarity with medical records software preferred.
• Experience with front desk practice and patient interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, collection and cash receipting.
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information including insurance and billing data.
• Assist billing functions and direct to appropriate billing office as needed.
• Monitor inventory and stock medications/equipment.
