Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of acute nursing experience.
• 2–3 years of Neonatal Intensive Care RN experience preferred.
• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Optimize patient flow, teach families, coordinate care and follow-up.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Assess and manage nursing resources to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and teaching to patients, families, staff, ensuring best practices.
