Qualifications

Requires NJ RN license in good standing (ACLS/BLS preferred).
Clear, compassionate communication and strong clinical judgment required.
2+ years of acute care nursing experience in Labor & Delivery or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Manage patient care delivery on an assigned shift in Labor & Delivery.
Assist Nurse Manager to ensure high-quality nursing care and adherence to hospital policies.
Develop patient care standards and participate in staff education and performance evaluations.
Support unit administration including scheduling, payroll, and supplies.
