RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN in the Neonatal Physician department at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. The role focuses on coordinating outpatient follow-up for high-risk infants, fetal care navigation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure timely access to maternal-fetal and neonatal services.

The candidate should have NICU nursing experience, active NJ RN license, and certifications (NRP, PALS, BLS); a master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• NRP, PALS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association are required.
• A master's degree in nursing is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates outpatient programs for infants in High-Risk follow-up clinics and Neonatal/Pediatric Services.
• Identifies follow-up patients, schedules appointments, and coordinates care with families and private pediatricians.
• Provides age-specific professional care to patients within a designated hospital unit.
• Serves as Fetal Care Navigator to coordinate high-risk pregnancies with maternal-fetal medicine and related services.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate referrals and ensure seamless communication across care journeys.
• Schedules perinatal appointments, diagnostic tests, and follow-ups in sequence with clinical needs.
