You will recruit and coach up to 25 stylists, maintain brand standards, handle opening and closing, and resolve customer issues with professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership in developing and motivating a team.
• Ability to manage up to 25 employees and payroll-related tasks.
• Strong communication skills for group and one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations on the sales floor and back areas.
• Coach and develop Stylists, promoting Windsor values.
• Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily procedures.
• Address customer issues with professionalism and tact.
