GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the key to ensuring customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work collaboratively to meet team and store objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and company goals by nurturing existing customer relationships and attracting new clients.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and effective solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by building strong relationships with colleagues, management, opticians, and support staff.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Protect company assets diligently.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
  • Willingness to adopt new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  • Strong sales skills and accountability for results, with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
