GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the key to ensuring customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to achieve store objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and company goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and offering suitable solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by building strong relationships with colleagues, management, opticians, and support staff.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure company assets.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
  • Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  • Strong sales skills and accountability for achieving sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
