GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sporting performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and collaborate with your team to meet objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating and building customer relationships.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and offering suitable solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory organized and attractive, and secure company assets.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
  • Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
  • Strong sales skills and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly
