GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are key in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to meet objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently deliver sales and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through connection, attention to detail, and offering solutions for customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
4. Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized and attractive, and secure assets.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
3. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
4. Ability to adapt to new technology and changes with high accuracy
5. Strong sales skills with accountability for results and goal orientation
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills
7. Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
