GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales targets and company objectives by building strong relationships with new and existing customers, fostering brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service through personalized interactions, attention to detail, and creating a unique shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Ensure the store's appearance is attractive and organized, and secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability in achieving sales goals using effective selling skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and responsive in a dynamic environment
