GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet sales targets and objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized engagement, attention to detail, and creating a unique shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Protect company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adapt to new technology and changes accurately.
• Take responsibility for sales results, using effective selling skills to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.
