This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings and monthly bonuses. Average earnings around $63,000 yearly, with higher pay for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods and business areas.
• Offer and set up promotional trial offers (minimum 3 per day).
• Generate leads and identify prospective customers.
• Complete new customer setup and initial product delivery using your personal vehicle.
• Educate customers on water quality, pricing, delivery schedules, and service benefits.
• Manage the full sales process from first contact through closing, paperwork, and payment collection.
• Represent Menehune Water professionally and positively in the community.
• Track daily activity and report sales results.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
