Menehune Water Company is seeking a contracted Outside Sales Representative for Aiea, HI. This 1099 role requires using your own vehicle for island-wide outreach, product setup, and initial delivery of water and dispensers.

Average earnings are $63,000+, with uncapped earning potential and monthly bonuses. Responsibilities include door-to-door outreach, promotional trial offers, lead generation, and managing the full sales process from first contact to payment collection.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with confidence approaching new prospects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform field outreach.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Knowledge of the local Hawaii community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods and business areas
• Offer and set up promotional trial offers (minimum 3 per day)
• Generate leads and identify prospective customers
• Complete new customer setup and initial product delivery using your personal vehicle
• Educate customers on water quality, pricing, delivery schedules, and service benefits
• Manage the full sales process from first contact through closing, paperwork, and payment collection
• Track daily activity and report sales results
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
