Job summary

Klaviyo seeks an O2C Track Lead, Finance Systems, to own the O2C landscape and core financial workflows. You will lead enterprise and international expansion capabilities, aligning requirements with scalable design and ensuring high-quality code through thorough testing.

You will own IT controls, audit readiness, and drive AI-powered enhancements across Finance, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact for a public SaaS company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP/financial systems integrations (NetSuite/Oracle)
• Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and audit readiness
• Ability to drive AI-native transformation in Finance

Responsibilities

• Own the Order to Cash (O2C) track and roadmap within Klaviyo’s Finance Systems landscape.
• Own SOX, ITGCs, controls, and audit readiness across O2C applications, coordinating with Internal Audit and external auditors.
• Drive AI-native transformation across Finance by partnering with AI and data platform teams.
• Design and optimize core Finance processes and systems in collaboration with Controllership, Tax, and Treasury.
