Klaviyo is seeking a Head of Engineering, Finance Systems to own the architecture and roadmap for the Finance technology landscape. You will lead a high-performing team and partner with Finance stakeholders to deliver automation, control, and insights across procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and order-to-cash.

You will drive AI-native transformations and ensure SOX controls and audit readiness while aligning with CFO and Finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise or business systems, with ownership of Finance technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Finance technology stack.
• Lead and develop the Finance Technology team of owners, analysts, and admins.
• Drive AI-native transformation across Finance workflows and controls.
