Job summary

Electric Power Engineers, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Operations to lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash function, including invoicing, credit, collections, and cash application. You will partner with Sales, Operations and Finance leadership to streamline the quote-to-cash lifecycle and improve cash flow.

This role requires a data-driven leader who can design scalable processes, influence without formal authority, and drive real-time AR visibility.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in financial operations, AR, or order-to-cash management roles.
• Demonstrated track record of transforming and scaling O2C functions (not just managing) using systems and data.
• Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Strong expertise across Billing & invoicing; Credit & collections; Working capital optimization.
• Proven ability to influence Sales and business leaders credibly.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools responsibly to improve quality, productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Transform the end-to-end O2C lifecycle (contract setup → invoicing → collections → cash application).
• Identify and eliminate structural inefficiencies impacting billing accuracy, speed, and cash conversion.
• Drive operating model changes that align Finance, Sales, and Operations workflows.
• Lead the evolution toward scalable, automated, and standardized processes.
• Act as the central point of accountability for O2C performance across the business.
• Partner with Sales leadership on contract quality, deal structures, and cash flow.
