Job summary

MediaRadar, Inc. is seeking a Billings and Collections Supervisor to lead our billing and collections functions, ensuring accurate invoicing and healthy cash flow. You will collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to resolve issues and optimize the order-to-cash process.

You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and implement internal controls across billing, collections, and related systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in billing, collections, AR, or similar, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• SaaS or subscription-based tech environment preferred.
• NetSuite experience preferred; Salesforce and Avalara also preferred.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash workflows and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing process and ensure invoices align with contract terms.
• Oversee collections to manage A/R aging and past-due balances.
