Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Sr. Manager, Finance Apps (O2C) within DePuy Synthes to provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise finance applications.

You will partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Technology to translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions that cover billing, receivables, and revenue processes. Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance systems or IT supporting finance processes.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes including order management, billing, invoicing, AR, and revenue.
• Experience leading enterprise finance applications and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle).
• Proven ability to define application strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans.

Responsabilités

• Define strategy and roadmap for enterprise finance solutions supporting O2C.
• Lead delivery, integration, and ongoing support of applications for order management, billing, invoicing, AR, and revenue processes.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Tech stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Prioritize portfolio, manage backlog, balance value, regulatory needs, and dependencies.
• Ensure controls, reporting, and regulatory compliance of financial applications.
• Drive improvements in processes, data quality, and user experience.
• Lead cross-functional ERP modernization and standardization initiatives.
• Coach and develop managers and contributors in a matrixed environment.
