Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Sr. Manager, Finance Apps (O2C) to lead enterprise finance applications for order-to-cash within DePuy Synthes lineage. You will align finance, commercial, and supply chain to design scalable solutions, drive modernization, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will manage a team, define roadmaps, and partner with vendors to deliver high-impact financial systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is required.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for enterprise finance solutions supporting O2C.
• Lead delivery, enhancements, and integration for order management, billing, AR, and revenue processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technical solutions.
• Manage portfolio priorities, dependencies, and resource capacity.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Drive improvements in data quality, reporting, and user experience.
