Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director of Order to Cash to lead end-to-end O2C across multiple legal entities. You will partner with Commercial Operations, Sales, Tax, IT, and Finance to strengthen governance, automate manual work, and improve cash flow.

Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, master data governance, pricing and discounts, and accurate invoicing while reducing DSO and revenue leakage through disciplined controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across multiple entities.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and contract terms.
• Experience with billing accuracy, collections, and cash application processes.
• SOX-based controls design, implementation, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the full O2C lifecycle, including onboarding, master data governance, billing, collections, and close support.
• Establish governance, SLAs, escalation paths, and decision rights across O2C activities.
• Lead the O2C team with hands-on support for customer, operational, and control matters.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and SOX-compliant controls across master data and billing.
