Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Order to Cash to lead end-to-end O2C across multiple entities. You will own billing, collections, data governance, and process improvements while partnering with Commercial, Finance, IT, and Legal to optimize cash flow and customer experience.

In this role, you will build a scalable O2C function with strong governance, KPI visibility, and SOX compliance, driving automation and cross-functional collaboration to support global operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full O2C lifecycle from onboarding through cash application and close.
• Establish governance, SLAs, escalation paths, and decision rights across O2C activities.
• Lead the O2C team with a hands-on, player-coach approach.
• Build a culture of accountability, customer service, controls discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Own governance of customer master data, pricing master data, and related controls.
• Oversee invoicing, pricing, discounts, rebates, and revenue-related transactions.
• Lead credit, collections, disputes, and cash-application processes to improve cash flow.
• Own O2C reporting, month-end close, and SOX/compliance controls.
• Drive process transformation, automation, and system improvements for O2C.
