Job summary

Ideal candidates have Top Secret/SI clearance, 8+ years in military operations or HQ roles, and experience leading complex staff activities in fast-paced environments. Travel 5–20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Active Top Secret with SCI clearance required.
• 8+ years in military operations or HQ-level support.
• 5+ years in a J-code/G-code or similar staff environment.
• 2+ years supporting joint, interagency, or combatant command planning.
• 1+ years in senior leader briefings and technical documentation.
• Ability to travel 5-20% on average.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day operational processes.
• Oversee allocation of resources and personnel.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop improvement solutions.
• Develop and enforce operational SOPs.
• Monitor metrics and report to leadership.
• Coordinate staffing and internal synchronization.
• Align operations with HQ and supporting units.
• Lead or support mission planning and analysis.
• Translate strategic guidance to actionable plans.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and executive documents.
