Job summary

Anaergia in San Bernardino seeks an Operations & Maintenance Technician II to support the safe, reliable operation of the ADM receiving area and RNG systems. You will perform core maintenance tasks, interpret SCADA data, and maintain accurate records for process efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating offloading, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting with management, vendors, and contractors. The role requires strong safety practices and ownership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of site-based experience in industrial operations, plant maintenance, or a related environment.
• Ability to independently perform core OMT I-level operations and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of SCADA data interpretation and equipment troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and follow SOPs.
• Ability to operate safely and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, unload, and inspect liquid organic feedstocks; document activity in the CMMS.
• Coordinate offloading with haulers and facility personnel to ensure safe transfer.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections; document findings and deficiencies.
• Monitor and operate plant process equipment per SOPs and production goals.
• Interpret SCADA data and lab results; adjust operations within approved procedures.
• Lead or support troubleshooting of ADM receiving and RNG issues; coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain laboratory analyses and report observations to management and engineering.
• Identify spare parts needs; prepare requisitions and coordinate with vendors.
• Uphold site safety, housekeeping, and use of PPE; participate in safety initiatives.
