Job summary

NAES Corporation seeks an O&M Technician for the Full Circle RNG site to support safe, efficient operations and electrical maintenance. You will interface with SCADA, run analytical tests, and inspect, repair, test, install and remove electrical power plant equipment and systems.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety, regulatory programs, and team collaboration. A high school diploma or equivalency and a valid driver’s license are required, with RNG experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training plus wastewater ops knowledge is a plus.
• Basic understanding of anaerobic digestion; willingness to learn procedures.
• Experience with voltages up to 480 V is highly desirable.
• Experience in RNG/gas processing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to listen and understand.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• Organized and able to work well with others; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations, maintenance and facility activities.
• Monitor anaerobic digestion, digester gauges, electrical generation and waste treatment processes.
• Record and analyze plant operation data and statistical trends.
• Troubleshoot failures to identify root cause; maintain/repair equipment.
• Maintain/repair instrumentation and control equipment and recorders.
• Collect samples for testing and perform lab analyses for process control.
• Ensure plant operates within required standards.
• Monitor electrical systems and equipment; up to 480 volts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Area O&M Manager.
