Job summary

NAES is seeking an O&M Technician to support the SunRyze RNG site, performing safe, compliant operations and electrical maintenance across the plant. Responsibilities include interfacing with SCADA, monitoring gauges, data logging, and performing inspection, repair, testing, and installation of electrical equipment.

The role requires high school diploma, ability to read blueprints, experience with voltages up to 480V, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Willingness to learn anaerobic digestion processes and procedures.
• Experience with voltages up to 480 volts is highly desirable.
• Experience in RNG or gas processing is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations, maintenance and facility activities.
• Monitor equipment, gauges and charts in digestion and generation processes.
• Record and analyze data to ensure plant runs as specified.
• Troubleshoot failures, maintain and repair equipment as needed.
• Maintain instrumentation and control equipment and perform testing.
• Collect samples for lab analysis and process control.
• Ensure plant operates within required standards.
• Monitor electrical systems and equipment performance.
