Job summary

NAES Corporation is seeking an O&M Technician for the Bridgewater RNG site to perform safe, efficient operations and electrical maintenance. You will interface with SCADA, run analytical tests, and inspect, repair, install, and remove electrical and electronic plant equipment and systems.

The role requires monitoring anaerobic digestion processes, collecting samples, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with permits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training as well as knowledge of wastewater operations a plus
• Knowledge of the anaerobic digestion process; willingness to learn operating procedures
• Experience with voltages up to 480 volts is highly desirable
• Experience in Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) or gas processing is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to read blueprints and work safely

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations, maintenance and overall activities at the facility
• Monitor equipment, gauges and charts in the digester and electrical generation processes
• Record and analyze statistical data concerning plant operations
• Troubleshoot failures to determine root causes and repair equipment as needed
• Maintain instrumentation and control equipment and perform instrument calibration
• Collect samples for testing and perform lab analysis for process control
• Ensure plant operates within required standards and support safety programs
