Job summary

NAES Corporation seeks an O&M Technician for the Full Circle RNG site to help operate and maintain the plant safely and efficiently. The role includes interfacing with SCADA, running tests, and maintaining electrical equipment and instrumentation.

The position covers operations and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and ensuring compliance with safety programs. On-site with a Monday–Friday schedule; some extended hours and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Willingness to learn anaerobic digestion processes and operating procedures.
• Experience with voltages up to 480 volts is desirable.
• Experience in RNG or gas processing is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; able to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations, maintenance and overall facility activities.
• Monitor digestion process, equipment, gauges and charts; collect samples for testing.
• Record and analyze operating data to ensure plant runs as specified.
• Troubleshoot failures to determine root cause and perform repairs.
• Maintain instrumentation and control equipment, including recorders and flowmeters.
• Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and backup systems.
• Calibrate instruments and maintain plant instrumentation and electrical equipment.
• Support NAES Safety and Regulatory Compliance programs.
