Job summary

NAES is seeking an O&M Technician to support the Full Circle RNG site, focusing on safe, efficient operations and electrical maintenance across plant systems. You will interface with SCADA, monitor digestion equipment, perform tests, and conduct routine inspections and repairs to keep processes in spec.

Responsibilities include calibration, instrumentation upkeep, and preventive maintenance while ensuring adherence to NAES safety rules and regulatory programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Willingness to learn anaerobic digestion processes and procedures.
• Experience with voltages up to 480 volts is highly desirable.
• Experience in RNG or gas processing is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and work from drawings.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facility operations and maintenance activities daily.
• Monitor anaerobic digestion equipment, gauges, and charts.
• Record and analyze process data to ensure plant runs as specified.
• Troubleshoot faults to identify root cause and perform repairs as needed.
• Calibrate instruments and maintain control equipment and records.
• Operate equipment and inspect motors, transformers, and wiring up to 480V.
• Support safety programs and regulatory compliance initiatives.
