Job summary

Anaergia is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Technician for the Riverside Bioenergy Facility. You will support the safe, reliable operation of ADM receiving and RNG systems, perform maintenance, collect data, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaboration with the Facility Manager and team is essential to keep plant performance high and operations safe. The role requires hands-on field work, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to coordinate with haulers, contractors, and site staff.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor integrated industrial plant systems safely.
• Interpret plant data from SCADA and field observations to guide decisions.
• Read equipment drawings and manuals; perform basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Document inspections and maintenance in CMMS.
• Coordinate replacement parts and assist in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive and unload liquid organic feedstocks and document activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and site walks; complete work orders in CMMS.
• Monitor and operate plant process equipment per SOPs and safety practices.
• Collect production data from SCADA and field logs to meet production plans.
• Support troubleshooting for receiving plant equipment and RNG systems.
• Provide lab analysis for feedstock and digester material as needed.
