Job summary

Arizona Public Service Company (APS) seeks a Supervisor of Operations and Maintenance to lead and direct O&M Project Leaders and teams, ensuring alignment with department goals and the company's priorities. You will act as a technical consultant to teams, addressing complex operational challenges and guiding cross-functional collaboration to keep critical infrastructure reliable.

You will partner with leaders to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facilities, coaching staff toward

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED plus 7 years of relevant electrical facilities experience.
• Or 4-year electrical apprenticeship with 3 years related experience.
• Must reside within the assigned geographic area and be able to commute to work sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Operations and Maintenance Project Leaders and their teams to align with objectives.
• Serve as communications liaison among leaders and groups to promote collaboration.
• Act as technical consultant to teams, solving complex operational challenges.
• Partner with leaders to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facilities and equipment.
• Coach and develop employees while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Help teams prioritize work to meet business objectives and deliver meaningful results for APS customers.
