Job summary

Arizona Public Service in Phoenix seeks a Supervisor of Operations and Maintenance to lead project leaders and teams, aligning with departmental goals and priorities to maintain reliable infrastructure.

You will act as a technical consultant, partner with cross-functional groups, coach staff, and drive accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to deliver meaningful results for APS customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to Operations and Maintenance Project Leaders and their teams.
• Serve as communications liaison among leaders and teams to promote collaboration and alignment.
• Act as the technical consultant to teams, solving complex operational and maintenance challenges.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facilities and equipment.
• Coach and support team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Help teams prioritize work and resources to achieve business objectives and deliver meaningful results for APS customers.
