Job summary

Arizona Public Service Company seeks a Construction Manager / Senior Construction Manager to oversee planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of capital projects across APS power plants in AZ and NM. You will act as the APS Designated Representative, supervise vendors, and lead on-site construction management for multiple projects.

Responsibilities include safety, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence, with travel to various plants.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with planning, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Monitor construction cost, quality and timelines; handle RFIs and change orders.
• Support long-range forecast and capital budget development.
• Manage resources and coordinate with engineering, suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, QA/QC, and safety standards.
• Lead inspections and ensure timely completion of multiple projects.
