Job summary

AG Jeans is seeking a Keyholder for its NYC location to lead sales, staff, operations and visual merchandising while delivering a superior customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive topline sales and monitor KPIs, inventory, and store standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in store management in luxury/contemporary apparel and strong POS and Excel skills, with willingness to work days, evenings and weekends in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store management experience in luxury or contemporary apparel.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and basic retail math.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Flexibility to work daytime, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sales performance and staff at the NYC store.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Drive store KPIs, manage inventory and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with management to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Support training, coaching and motivation of team members.
