Job summary

rag & bone, Inc. is seeking a Visual Manager for the New York Metro to lead brand and product presentation across the tri-state area, balancing art and commerce to deliver a consistent client experience and drive product sell-through.

You will partner with store teams and HQ to translate seasonal strategy into standout in-store execution. The role requires at least 2 years in visual merchandising, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years visual merchandising experience, ideally in contemporary or luxury brand.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills with excellent communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure in-store product presentations align with global retail strategy and visual guidelines.
• Lead window installations, in-store seasonal creative rollouts, and special projects.
• Support seasonal showroom setups, bringing key product and brand storytelling to life for market and sales presentations.
• Oversee training, planning, and execution of seasonal visual strategy, floorsets, and in-store brand standards.
• Build partnerships with regional, general, and store managers to elevate brand presentation and identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate between stores and HQ, including photo recaps, installation updates, and guideline interpretation.
