The role requires strong communication, experience in luxury fashion or RTW, and a proactive, hands-on approach. You will develop client relationships, participate in events, and work with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Luxury Fashion / Accessories and RTW retail.
• Strong clienteling skills and sales techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, friendly personality with relationship-building ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly/monthly store targets with the team.
• Cultivate exceptional client relationships and loyalty.
• Welcome clients in-store, via phone, and email per guidance.
• Maintain CRM and client books; participate in client events.
• Ensure boutique standards and visual merchandising guidance.
• Collaborate with store team and report to Boutique Director.
