You will be proactive, hands-on, and a trustworthy advisor to clients and the store team, supporting sales, clienteling, and exceptional service while maintaining brand standards and the boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion/retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and provide personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly store targets with the team.
• Increase average sale value and develop cross-selling opportunities.
• Cultivate exceptional client relationships and maintain client loyalty.
