Job summary

AMI Paris in New York is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our team. You will develop sales and build customer loyalty by greeting customers, listening to needs, and achieving personal and team sales goals.

You will manage stock, provide product feedback to improve inventory, and participate in visual merchandising to keep the store well presented. A passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and 2+ years in luxury/design goods are required; a second language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the sale of luxury and/or designer goods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service focus.
• Strong sensitivity for fashion and knowledge of trends.
• Second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the AMI spirit with a friendly, positive mood.
• Listen and identify customer needs through strong service skills.
• Build customer loyalty and help achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Follow-up and management of stock, including reception and rotation of goods.
• Provide product feedback to improve inventory levels.
• Ensure the store is well maintained; participate in VM implementation and rotation.
