Job summary

Playlab Education, Inc. seeks a Learning Partner to support schools across New York City as they build capacity to understand, use, and design AI systems that fit their context.

You will nurture deep, trusted relationships with educators and facilitate high‑impact professional learning experiences. You will coach educators to integrate AI into daily practice, guideai literacy for students and teachers, and shape learning resources and partnership models to better serve schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Playlab implementation across NYC schools, ensuring partners meet their unique goals and AI literacy, instructional transformation, or operational innovation.
• Design and deliver high-quality professional learning through school-based trainings, PLCs, and coaching that build educator capacity in AI literacy and Playlab app-building.
• Support AI literacy for educators and students by guiding partners in planning, deploying, and refining learning experiences aligned to standards and priorities.
• Coach and co-design with educators and school teams to create AI tools and learning experiences aligned with pedagogy and curricula.
• Support strategic AI adoption at the system level by working with school and district leaders to identify high-leverage entry points for AI across teaching, learning, and operations.
