Job summary

Bank Street Education Center seeks a Math + AI Coach / Facilitator to support the design and delivery of professional learning across the mathematics portfolio, including AI-enabled teaching practices. The role partners with educators and school teams to coach teachers, develop practice-based resources, and support implementation across multiple math initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate high-quality professional learning experiences on math and AI.
• Lead workshops, institutes, and model sessions responsive to participant needs.
• Translate AI ideas into accessible, pedagogy-grounded learning experiences for K-12.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching to educators testing AI-supported approaches.
• Assist teachers with AI-enhanced lesson planning and assessment strategies.
• Conduct site visits or virtual observations to provide actionable feedback.
• Develop practical tools and resources to support classroom implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align learning with project goals.
