Job summary

You will manage client relationships, mentor a growing team, and shape strategic objectives for the NY operation.

This role blends technical leadership with business development, requiring a NY PE license, 10+ years in AEC, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (master preferred).
• New York PE license required.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering and leadership experience within the AEC industry.
• Proven success in project management, business development, and client relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee engineering projects, ensuring technical quality, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage daily office operations, recruit and mentor staff, and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while identifying new business opportunities across the New York market.
• Lead proposals, client presentations, and industry networking initiatives.
• Drive office growth and implement strategic business objectives.
