Career Crunch in New York seeks an experienced Structural Engineer to lead diverse projects and strengthen client relationships across the region. You will drive proposals, ensure profitability, and supervise multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires PE/SE licensure, a Master's degree, and a proven track record in work-winning and project leadership. Applicants with strong communication skills and stakeholder management will excel in this environment.

Competenze

10+ years of experience leading structural and multidisciplinary projects.
Licensed as PE and/or SE.
Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management, clients, and staff.
Proven track record in client relationship management and project delivery.
Strong interest in winning new work.

Mansioni

Develop the reputation of client structural engineering as best in class across a range of sizes and project types in the region.
Develop proposals and fee estimates for all project types and ensure profitability on schedule and within scope and budget.
Set an example of client care and provide consultancy support to the regional team.
Represent client at design team meetings, leading projects and maintaining productive client relationships.
Participate in project technical/quality reviews of specifications, reports and drawings.
Manage relationships with internal and external clients, engineers and stakeholders to grow work opportunities.
Represent client externally by engaging in local industry groups or events aligned with the team goals.
