Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Architectural Engineering with 8–15+ years of consulting experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through construction.
• Strong analytical and design skills across building structures.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit; knowledge of ACI/AISC and building codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level structural engineering services for diverse clients.
• Lead site investigations; prepare and review design reports and drawings.
• Coordinate with architects and other engineers; ensure code compliance.
• Mentor younger staff and support proposal development.
