Job summary

OhioHealth Nutrition Services seeks an experienced operations leader to assist the Nutrition Services Director and oversee department operations and production. You will supervise staff, manage fiscal planning, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvements across all shifts.

In collaboration with leadership, you will develop goals, implement training, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining a patient-focused, safe environment aligned with HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in nutrition services or food service management.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Nutrition Services Director in managing department operations and production.
• Supervises staff performance, hires, and conducts annual evaluations.
• Oversees fiscal planning, reporting, and cost control for nutrition services.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, safety, HACCP, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develops department goals, conducts staff training, and collaborates with hospital leadership.
