Competenze

• Active involvement with professional food service organization preferred.
• 5 years experience in various aspects of food service with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 3 years experience supervising in an institutional food service operation.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required within 30 days of hire.
• Certified Food Handler / ServSafe certificate preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervises food production and cash operations; oversees tray preparation for patients.
• Spends 50% of time supervising staff and ensuring timely, quality output.
• Monitors patient tray preparation and accuracy; audits tray accuracy.
• Handles patient inquiries in person or by phone and records issues.
• Assists with delivering patient meals and catering events as needed.
• Notifies Dietitian of patient complaints or concerns.
• Maintains temperature logs and monthly reports.
• Ensures customer satisfaction scores meet standards via patient surveys.
• Complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
