Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with the care plans and supervisor directions. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents’ conditions, and maintain a safe, comfortable environment across shifts.

The role requires a minimum of a 10th grade education and CNA licensure, with CPR preferred. You will work within a post-acute care setting, supporting respectful, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Requires 10th grade education minimum.
• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general instructions and write reports.
• Ability to interpret instructions and procedures from supervisors.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to care plans.
• Identify residents before performing tasks and ensure accurate records.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care for residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Observe for skin issues and report pressure areas.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and checks on nutrition and hydration.
• Record vital signs and other resident information accurately.
