Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with assessments and care plans. You will work under the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to maintain quality care.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, accuracy in records, confidentiality, and teamwork across shifts. Applicants must have a CNA license; CPR is preferred. This is an on-site position with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Education minimum: 10th grade.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain accurate and descriptive charting and records.
• Protect resident privacy and report any HIPAA or security concerns.
• Assist with daily activities and comfort needs as directed by nursing staff.
