Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in nursing, education, public health, social work, higher education administration, or related field preferred.
• Three years of experience in student services, academic program coordination, or grant-funded program management in higher education or health professions education.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, manage multiple deadlines, and keep projects on schedule.
• Experience with data collection, tracking, and reporting; high competency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, Banner, and/or Tableau is a plus.
• Experience with federal grants and familiarity with HRSA reporting and federal cost principles (2 CFR 200).
• Demonstrated ability to support first-generation, economically disadvantaged, and/or rural students, and to work with a diverse student body, faculty, staff, and external partners in line with USF's Jesuit mission.
• Willingness to travel regionally for recruitment and partner-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 35% of time for Student Support and Case Management, serving as the administrative point of contact for NWD and NEPQR scholarship recipients.
• Build and maintain participant tracking systems and baseline data; collect and review recruitment, enrollment, yield, retention, and NCLEX-RN pass rates; draft HRSA reports.
• Lead 25% Data, Evaluation, and Federal Reporting activities including PDSA summaries and annual performance reports.
• Develop and implement recruitment plans targeting high schools, community colleges, and youth organizations; manage Pathways scholarship processes and FAFSA/Pell guidance.
• Support 20% Recruitment, Enrollment, and Scholarship Coordination with SEM and OSP teams; coordinate scholarships and counseling.
• Assist with 10% Faculty, Preceptor, and Partnership Support, including outreach to clinical partners and MOUs; oversee meetings with partner sites.
• Provide 10% Project Management and General Administrative Support; maintain project plans, agendas, minutes, and ensure FERPA compliance and official reporting deadlines.
