Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school program, technical/vocational program, or their equivalents.
• Three (3) years of related office work experience.
• Experience with scheduling, onboarding, and academic processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical placements and onboarding for undergraduate nursing students.
• Serve as liaison with hospitals and clinical sites for onboarding and placement requirements.
• Schedule nursing courses and clinical sections, maintaining master schedules.
• Enter/update course, faculty, and scheduling information in systems.
• Support student registration and communicate registration instructions.
• Reserve classrooms and coordinate space for courses and events.
• Communicate scheduling and clinical information to students, faculty, and staff.
