Job summary

You will direct nursing operations, review care plans, and coordinate with physicians to deliver timely treatments, ensuring a supportive and compliant environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing or vocational nursing.
• Valid State license to practice nursing.
• IV certification preferred.
• Must be able to write and speak English clearly.
• Ability to make independent decisions and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Ensure compliance with Texas regulations, facility policies, and safety protocols.
• Direct and oversee admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Review care plans, coordinate with physicians, and update nursing staff as needed.
