Avir at Lufkin nursing facility in Texas is seeking a licensed practical nurse to direct and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities within a designated unit. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and our policies, while maintaining residents’ rights and safety.

You will also oversee staffing, review discharge plans, and report to the Director of Nursing. This role requires leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to quality care.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing or vocational nursing.
• Valid Texas license to practice nursing; IV certification preferred.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities.
